GUY FAWKES NIGHT La noche del cinco de noviembre, Guy Fawkes Night se celebra en el Reino Unido el fracaso de la conspiración de la pólvora Gunpowder Plot, un intento fallido de volar el Parlamento de Jaime I en 1605. Esa noche se lanzan fuegos artificiales y se hacen hogueras en las que se queman unos muñecos de trapo que representan a Guy Fawkes, uno de los cabecillas de la revuelta. Días antes, los niños tienen por costumbre pedir a los transeúntes a penny for the guy, dinero que emplean en comprar cohetes.
